Discipline never fails.
Live by example.

When I go to sleep at night I want to feel fulfilled because I have enriched or changed a life and helped someone become a better person for themselves, or their children, or family, or to just be a better human being. I take this beyond the gym into my family, my community and every realm of my life.

First and foremost, I am a proud dad. Living the example starts at home. My children are my biggest fans, greatest supporters and strongest motivation. Those two kids are the driving force of my discipline, my commitment, my goals, my achievement, my glory, my sustainability, my love, my giving, my caring and my sharing. I learned the value of discipline from my mother and I am committed to showing my own children the value of continuity, hard work and determination.

I embrace the worst, and I have learned how to turn life’s most difficult moments into my strength. That drives much of the work I do with kids in my community. We need to develop strong minds and hearts from the time children are young, so they can sustain this battle and this journey of life. Discipline never fails, and I put my best into everything I do within and outside the athletic realm.

Mental strength is what brings physical capability to life.
